Booking Guidelines and Policy
All payments and deposits are non-refundable. Deposits/advance payments are transferable up to one (1) time. After one reschedule, or transfer, you have to make a new appointment.
Tooth gems are semi-permanent and are designed to last up to a year — however, there is no guarantee as to how long your gems will remain on. Gem shape, the placement you choose, what you eat, commitment to aftercare, and your hygiene habits all dictate how long your gems will last and we advise you on best practices to ensure longevity. It is rarely a matter of faulty work. No refunds will be given for gems that come off prematurely.
Must be 18+ or have a parent/guardian present to sign the intake form and waiver.
Be sure to eat, brush well, and floss prior to your appointment. Clean teeth are important for the placement of the gems. We reserve the right to refuse to perform tooth gem application if a client's teeth are found to be dirty or present signs of poor oral hygiene. This decision is made with the client's best interest in mind, as applying tooth gems on teeth that are not adequately maintained can lead to potential complications.
You cannot wear gems with braces, plastic retainers, Invisalign, or anything similar that the placement of the gems could disrupt.
Bond will only adhere to natural enamel, no dentures, veneers, or artificial teeth of any kind.
If you decide to drastically change your service within 48 hours of the appointment, there will be a $25 fee applied on top of the amended total. Drastic same-day changes are not permitted.
I accept Zelle, Cash App, and Cash for remaining balances upon completion of appointments. No other forms of payment can be accepted at this time.
Please don't hesitate to notify me via text or phone call if you will be running late. (313-583-9881) There is no late fee. I will allow for a 15 minute grace period without prior notice, otherwise you forfeit your deposit and your appointment. Deposits are required and non-refundable unless I, the service technician, cancel your appointment. You cannot be refunded due to "change of mind," no-call/no shows, or last minute cancellations. No-shows will be charged the full remaining cost of the appointment. If the payment method on file is declined, you will be banned from booking in the future.

Please note: I do not do tooth gem removals. Just as tattoo artists don't remove tattoos, most gem technicians do not remove tooth gems. They are designed to be semi-permanent and therefore must be removed by an oral health care professional at your own expense, it is a separate service that I do not offer.

However, individual results may vary, and outcomes are influenced by factors including tooth condition, oral hygiene, and lifestyle. You acknowledge that the final placement and outcome of the tooth gem are subject to professional judgment and can vary from person to person.
3. Limited Liability: In consideration of receiving tooth gem services from Gem Central, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Gem Central and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the tooth gem application process.
4. Consultation and Disclosure: You understand that it is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical or dental conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or medications that may affect the tooth gem application process. You have had the opportunity to ask questions and receive satisfactory answers about the procedure before booking.
5. Aftercare and Maintenance: Gem Central will provide you with aftercare instructions to ensure the longevity and well-being of your tooth gem. You agree to follow these instructions and understand that proper aftercare is crucial for the success of the tooth gem application.
6. Reservation Changes and Cancellations: In the event that you need to change or cancel your booking, please provide sufficient notice to Gem Central. Failure to do so may result in loss of booking fees or deposits, as outlined in our booking and cancellation policy.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated in this disclaimer. You acknowledge the risks involved and release Gem Central from any liability, claims, or damages that may arise from the tooth gem application process.
